Acriflavine Neutral Power

Fish Disease Diagnosis: For treatment of bacterial infections, mouth fungus, fin and tail rot, saprolegnia fungus, oodinium (velvet), sliminess of skin and protozoa. Excellent anti-fungal medication for sure.  Works for fungussed fish eggs @ 1 drop per gallon.  Also good for wound disinfection.

Fish Disease Treatment: 19.2 grams makes 1 pint.  Five drops of this stock solution per gallon of aquarium water will treat approximately 1,000 gallons of water. Dosage: 1-5 drops per gallon.
(5 drops per gallon = 5ppm.)

50 ml treats approx. 100 gallons.

Aqua Gold

USE: This is actual living bacteria and enzymes in concentrated form, which are activated upon its introduction into water. These bacteria contribute to the production of the nitrogen cycle, which is so crucial in all aquarium systems. This material gives its user the option of increasing the activity of an already established filter, or reactivating a filter damaged by medications, and of course the starting up of new systems. Great for under gravel or outside power filters. Clears green water in ponds and tanks.  Helps prevent disease by improving water quality. This product is for freshwater use only.

DOSAGE: 7.5 grams per 1000 gallons of water. Double dose lasts 4 to 6 months under 50 degrees Fahrenheit. 1 packet (treats 2000 gal) 1 pound (treats approx. 60,000 gal)

This product has shown to be effective on parasitic Golden Algae (Prymnesium Parvum), through lab and field testing done by state and government wildlife agencies.  This product will save our lakes and freshwater streams

Benzalkonium Chloride 50% Concentrate

Fish Disease Diagnosis: Antibacterial, anti-viral. Good for sterilization, net dip and disinfectant.

Use 10 ml per gallon for net dip (make sure to rinse the nets before use).  Also used to sterilize equipment or aquariums.

This is a "very powerful" solution for sterilization.  It is soap-like in nature so a good rinse is required after using it.

Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate

Fish Disease Diagnosis: Algaecide, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-protozoan.  Treats, ich, oodinium, sliminess of the skin, flukes, crustacea (argulus).

Fish Disease Treatment: 1 drop per gallon of aquarium water = 0.15ppm.  To make stock solution: Use 21 grams to one pint of distilled water.  Never use copper when water hardness is less than 50ppm.  Optimum is 200ppm.

*It is suggested to use this product along with an equal amount of citric acid crystals, to enable the copper to dissolve properly.

Formula: 21 grams of Copper and 21 grams of Citric Acid to 1 pint (16 oz. of distilled water).  Shake well and use 1 drop per gallon = 0.15 ppm.

Citric Acid Crystals

Fish Disesease Diagnosis: Used to acidify aqurium water and to lower pH.  Also used to stabilize copper solutions.

Fish Disease Treatment: 1 drop per gallon of aquarium water will lower pH by 0.2.  To make the stock solution: Use 30 grams of crystals to 2oz. distilled water. Shake well.

Crystal Blue Concentrate

USE: Filters lengths of sunlight to control unwanted aquatic weeds and algae in natural and manmade contained lakes and ponds.  Including: Ornamental, recreational fish rearing and fish farming bodies of water with little or no outflow.  Also colors the water a pleasing aqua blue.

DOSAGE:  Apply 1 gallon per acre of water 4 to 6 feet deep.  Use additional Crystal Blue if deeper color is desired.

Fish Disease Diagnosis: For control of anchor worms, lice, gill flukes and assorted external parasites on freshwater, Koi and marine tropical fish. Toxic to sharks and snails. Do not use on prehistoric fishes such as arowanas, silver dollars, lionfish. Not for use in tanks which contain invertebrates.

Fish Disease Treatment: 1/2 teaspoon per 10 gallons. Treat once a week for 4 weeks. 1/2 pound (treats 908 gal.)  If you are using this product in outdoor Koi ponds, no water changes are necessary.  This product will kill fluke eggs, Praziquantel will not.

 Doxycycline Hydrochloride

Fish Disease Diagnosis: Broad spectrum antibiotic derived from Oxytetracycline.  Used for both gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial disorders.  Fin & tail rot, septicemia, mouth rot.  Will not be de-activated by high pH levels like ordinary Tetracycline.  Works in a similar manner to Chloramphenicol.  Also works in marine aquaria.

WATER DOSAGE: 1/4 teaspoon per 20 gallons, every 24 hours for 10 days.  Do a 25% water change before each treatment.

FOOD DOSAGE: May be mixed into frozen or pelletized foods by using 2 teaspoons per pound of feed.  When mixing pellets, dissolve the medication into 2oz. of water, pour over food and mix well.  Let air dry with a fan, and feed to the fish once a day for 10-14 days.

E.D.T.A. (ethylene diamine tetra acidic acid)

USE: Chelates and inactivates heavy metal ions such as calcium, iron, copper, and other tri-plex ions. lowers pH.

Dose is based on hardness of water. Do not lower pH more than 0.2 per day.

DOSAGE: Add 10.9 grams to 1 pint of water. Then use 1 teaspoon per 10 gallons. Lowers pH based on water hardness.
